  • How do I redeem a promo Code?
    1. On your Checkout page, you’ll see the option to add a Discount Code. 2. Add the discount code and click on “Apply”. Please note: Discount codes are not applicable to on-sale products or Wholesale prices.
  • How do I place an order?
    Just go to our website https://www.organna.com/ Make sure to click “Enter, I am 18+ “ Click on “Shop Now” It will redirect you to a new page with all our products, Select the product you’d like to purchase. If you’d like to order multiple products, click on “add to cart” If not, click on “Buy Now”. It will then direct you to the Checkout page. Select the shipping option/Delivery Method. Add a payment method. It will then ask you to review and place the order.   • How do I sign up to get a discount on my first purchase?
    Just scroll down below from our home page and you’ll see the option on the lower right corner. Feel free to add your email address and you should get a discount on your first purchase!
  • Where do I redeem my Gift Card?
    Similar to redeeming a promo code, when you're at the checkout page, you'll find 'Redeem a gift card' located on the right side within the Order Summary section. This option is positioned just below 'Enter a promo code.' Simply click on 'Apply' after selecting it.
  • Returns & Refund
    We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days from receipt of the order and included with an RMA number obtained from customer service. If within 30 days customers complain about the product, a 30-50% refund may be issued. Refunds will be issued to the customer's credit card within 3 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days from receipt of the order. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number. No refunds will be issued for any used product.   • Returns & Exchange Process
    In order to start a return or exchange process, you must fill out and submit the form as shown in the picture below. You may find the form through our Return Policy page.   • How can I track my order?
    To track your order you may need to sign up using the same information when you placed the order, or if you already have an account with us you may log in. Once you log in, click on the human icon in the upper right corner of the page. Then Click “My Orders”. You should see all the orders you placed in this section and the status of each.   • Can I still modify my order once it’s placed?
    If you've placed an order and would like to modify the items, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (833) 517-0118. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order to your liking. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.
  • What should I do if my order arrives incomplete?
    Document the Issue: Note down what items are missing from your order. It's also helpful to take pictures of the received package and any packing slips or invoices included. Provide them with your order number and details regarding the missing items. Be clear and concise about what's missing and any other relevant information.
  • Can I still cancel after placing an order?

  • How do I update my shipping address?
    You may address your shipping address by logging in and clicking the human icon on the upper right corner of the page. It should redirect you to a page that shows the addresses you added and there should be an option for you to edit your address or remove it. You may also edit the personal info in this section. Once you are done filling it out, just click on “Update Address”.
  • How to Update contact information?
    You may update your contact information by logging in to your account. Click the human icon on the upper right part of the page and click “My Account”. Fill out the necessary information.   • How are OrgannaXL products made?
